Automatic Banding Machine ZB-300 Series :
ZB-320 for 20mm width tape
ZB-330 for 30mm width tape
ZB-340 for 40mm width tape

Distinctive Features :
1. A unique design to avoid folding the edge while banding.
2. External tape box and automatic tape feeding designs ensure the easy tape change.
3. Optimized mechanism design allows easy access to tape feeding and troubleshooting
4. LCD display for user-friendly operation, directly showing the settings of loop size, banding tightness and sealing temperature.
5. Both PE coated paper tape and Poly film tape are available in one unit.
6. Tapes of 20 mm 30mm 40 mm are available, printed tape on request.
7. Low noise, making operators’ work more comfortable.
8. Two methods of activating the banding process:    
-- Push the START button manually
-- Automatic sensor activation
A new loop is formed automatically after removing the banknote packet.
Loop size, banding tightness and sealing temperature are all easily adjustable. This allows the adaptation to different items and banding tapes.
